David Frank, Founder, has over a decade of experience in Sales and Client Success and has worn a number of hats throughout his career thus far. From managing a book of business as an individual contributor, to managing a team of high performing Client Success Managers, taking on the role of Hiring Manager for several skilled positions and mentoring folks throughout Austin, Tx, David realized that his true passion was simply to help others get to that next step in their career by understanding their own skills and building confidence.

David brings the knowledge that he has accumulated over the last decade coupled with his ability to bring out the best in his members through listening and coaching.
