Interview Preparation
The interview preparation process can be long and tedious, especially if you don’t know where to start. Everyone can read a company website and regurgitate the information back in the interview process, but how do you stand out?
Frankly Hired will walk you through its proven interview preparation methods in a 60 minute consultation. By the end of our hour together, you will have a clear understanding of where to start, where to focus your efforts, how the company operates and how your skills tie in to the role you are seeking.
You will come out of this significantly more confident and prepared and these skills will help you for years to come.
Mock Interview
Yes, you read that correctly. We offer mock interviews for our members. Why? Because mock interviews will make sure you are overly prepared when you step into your real interview. How do you communicate your previous experience? Your skills? How does all of this tie in to what this company does in market?
In this step, expect 30-45 minutes for your mock interview. This will run exactly like a real interview would but we will provide time at the end to give feedback as well as a follow up email of action items and areas of focus for you to continue your preparations. Interviewing is like sales, phrasing is important, highlight your strengths and make sure that you are doing your own discovery.. after all, you are interviewing them as well to make sure this is the right fit for you.
Salary Negotiation
Congratulations! You’ve gotten to the point where you have received an offer but how do you know you are getting what you deserve?
Frankly Hired will sit down with you and review your offer letter, help you understand every detail, questions to ask, and areas to push back on.
Remember, this step is extremely important because all of your future raises will be based on where you start.
